The chocolate is very well balanced. I had about 3 bars of them after my 1st try. The chocolate has very fine grains of pink salt and if you let the chocolate melt in your mouth, notes of melting chocolate are met with salt grains which gives a perfect harmony to the moment. The chocolate itself is not too sweet, not too bitter, its simply right.
