It usually takes about 7 business days for an order to be delivered. A confirmation mail will be sent to all our customers with shipment details 1 business day prior to shipping.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Please write to us at info@thehimalayachocolates.com or reach out to us on our contact number available on the website, we will try cancelling it for you, provided we are able to catch the shipping team before the order is dispatched.

Refunds

Any Refund issued to Customers will take 4-5 business days to reflect in their account.

Can I return my products?

As a retailer of perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you have any issues or complaints with your purchase, please contact us. We are here to help.

We will immediately check on this internally and revert to you. In case we find any errors, please allow us to rectify it or give you a refund to be determined as per the situation.
